Example Course Design Consult Summary

This artifact represents the kind of comprehensive follow-up I provide after a course design consultation. Following the meeting, I send the instructor a personalized document that revisits key topics we discussed and offers detailed guidance for implementing those ideas in their course. In this example, the document expands on strategies like organizing a START HERE module, using content templates for accessibility, and embedding multimedia content in D2L. It includes curated resources and step-by-step tutorials related to stable linking, PDF remediation, MediaSpace Express Capture, PowerPoint embedding, and group-based discussions. This follow-up reinforces our consultation conversation and reflects my approach to instructional design: responsive, accessibility-focused, and grounded in clear, actionable support tailored to the instructor’s goals.
